Supplier code of conduct

Cin Cin is committed to understanding and managing social, ethical, and environmental issues along its supply chain in a responsible manner. This Supplier Code of Conduct (“the Code”) has been developed to help Cin Cin meet this commitment and outlines the minimum terms and conditions of doing business with Cin Cin. All Cin Cin garments are made exclusively in Bali, Indonesia, and we expect all suppliers involved in our production to uphold the standards set out below.

This Code is mandatory for all suppliers, including:

1. Fabric mills – weavers and manufacturers of fabrics used in Cin Cin garments

2. Garment makers
– makers of Cin Cin garments produced in Bali, Indonesia

3. Fashion production services – fabric dyers, cutters, pattern-makers, and associated services

4. Trim & packaging manufacturers – suppliers who manufacture trims and packaging for Cin Cin garments

APPLICATION OF THIS CODE

Suppliers must ensure compliance with the standards set out in this Code within their own operations. We expect that the requirements of this Code are understood and supported by formal policies and systems within the Supplier’s business. Suppliers are also responsible for ensuring that their own supply chain adheres to this Code and/or equivalent internationally accepted standards.

INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS

For clarity, the commitments outlined in this Code should be interpreted in accordance with internationally recognised standards such as:

• The Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) Base Code
• Supplier Ethical Data Exchange (SEDEX) audit frameworks

These establish globally accepted labour, ethical, and environmental expectations.
