Returns Guideline for USA & AUSTRALIAN orders ONLY:

Sorry, we currently do not accept worldwide returns. We only accept returns from Australia and the United States.

No returns, refunds or exchanges on any marked down (sale) products.

We hope that you will be satisfied with your Cin Cin purchase, however, if for any reason you would like to return an item and you are located in the USA/ Australia, you may do so within 14 days from the date of receipt to receive a refund. We apologize, but at this time, we do not process exchanges.

Email with 'RETURN' and your order number in the subject line to make a return. 

Conditions of refund: all items must have hang tag/hygeine sticker still attached and be in original, unworn and unwashed condition, free of odour and stains. 

Delivery Guideline:

We offer free shipping on all orders over the value of USD$300. We deliver to locations worldwide, and the delivery window varies depending on your location. Generally, deliveries take 3-10 business days, but this could differ for international orders.

Duties & Taxes:

Please note that orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer to pay. We have no control over these fees and they vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for current charges before placing your order

Shipping Address:

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender. Please check your shipping address twice before placing your order.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details and will be held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Cin Cin is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during transit/delivery. Please contact the carrier and file a claim.

Returns Handling Fee:

All returns submitted for store credit or refund are subject to a handling fee of $15 USD per order and will be deducted from the amount of your store credit. This $15 fee covers shipping labels, and additional shipping charges.

If you live outside of the USA or Australia additional shipping charges may apply. Our customer care team will be able to assist you with any questions you have regarding these charges.
