Return Policy for Sale Items / Discounted Items 

Please note that all items in our SALE section are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

This policy also refers to any item using a discount code at checkout. 

Discount codes cannot be applied to items that are already marked down. 

'Welcome15' codes are excluded from this policy and orders can be returned or exchanged providing they are within the 14 day window. 

"Please note: Orders using the 'Thankyou20' code are final sale and not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges due to the 20% discount."

 

Returns Policy for Clip-on Jewels & Jewelry Accessories 

All sales of clip-on jewels and jewelry accessories are final. For hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on these items.

 

Returns within the United States

While we strive to ensure your satisfaction with your Cin Cin purchase, if for any reason you wish to return an item, you can do so within 14 days from the date of receipt for a refund. Please remember that we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any marked down (sale) products.

 

International Returns

If you are situated outside the United States, you will be responsible for returning any items. Returns should be sent back to our warehouse in either the USA or Australia. Please note that there may be additional fees associated with these returns.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we would be more than happy to assist! All shipping costs associated with exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer, and processing fees may apply.

 

Returns Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at customercare@cincin.com with "RETURN" or "EXCHANGE" along with your order number in the subject line.

 

Conditions for Refunds

All items eligible for a refund must have the hang tag/hygiene sticker still attached and must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition, free of odors and stains.

 

Delivery Guidelines

We offer free shipping on all orders over USD $250. Deliveries are made to locations worldwide, with delivery times generally ranging from 3 to 10 business days. Please note that international shipping may take longer.

 

Duties & Taxes

Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for current rates before placing your order.

 

Shipping Address Accuracy

We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the sender. Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order. The customer is liable for any fees associated with returns due to inaccurate delivery information.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Cin Cin cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit or delivery. If you encounter this issue, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

 

Returns Handling Fee

All returns submitted for store credit, exchange or refund are subject to a handling fee of $15 USD per order. This fee covers shipping labels and additional shipping charges and will be deducted from your store credit. For customers outside the USA, additional shipping fees may apply.
